John Cheese
I am now working from home using the wonders of modern technology which allows me to work on Focus' computer system as if I am in the building. When clients wish to meet me it is a simple matter to arrange to meet in a Focus interview room.
When I was working in the office I was known as an early bird. This continues with me going for my morning walk at lovely Ohope around 6am. This means I am only a telephone call or email contact away from around 7:8am.
My wife and I enjoy our trips "across the ditch" and also growing our fruit and vegetables (our neighbours enjoy them as well). I am a member of the Ohope Bowling Club and enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of Ohope Beach.

Margaret O’Regan
I have been living in Whakatane since 1995. Prior to this I worked for 10 years in an Accountancy firm in Lower Hutt. I was employed by Focus in 1996 as a senior clerk and in 2000 was appointed Client Manager, which has enabled me to deal with new clients and my existing clients in greater depth.
My interests include bowling, reading, pottering about in the garden and of course walking on the beach at Ohope where I live.

Sandra Wills
I have been working at Focus for 13 years, working my way through to my current position of Client Manager. I have worked in the accountancy industry since leaving school.
My husband, Wayne, and I own an Engine Reconditioning business in town so between my work at Focus and helping my husband, my days are quite full. There is also the need to run around after kids, although one has now left home and the second one is due to leave for university in 2010. The youngest, however, has informed me that he is sleeping on my couch for ever (we will see about that).
I have recently moved to working full time but am only in the office until 3pm. I also tend to work reduced hours during the school holidays although I am still available for phone calls and appointments during this time, I just need time to organise the kids.
When time permits, I like to read, sew and knit.

Penny Keeber
I started with Focus in 2002. I have a background in office work and accounts and decided that accounting was the path I wanted to take.
I have been studying toward my degree majoring in accounting, but have taken a break while we moved and built our new house.
My experience covers general office and accounting work and I am a certified MYOB consultant. I have also move into the IT side of things and currently look after our internal computer issues.
I enjoy spending time with my husband Paul and teenage daughter Jessica on our 18 acre block in Manawahe and my passion outside of work is horses. Although I enjoy most disciplines, my favourites would be eventing and show-jumping.
